Nils is driven by the beauty of nature and the unseen. Depicting the reality in an aesthetically refinded way, his style remains very natural even though you will always notice a commercial touch to it. In 2020, he founded the production company Spes Bona Docs.
When the cameras stop rolling, Nils doesn’t slow down. An avid sports and motorcycle enthusiast, Grubba shares love for all things with engines and action. Whether shooting photography while traveling the world, pursuing his Directing career or collaborating with companies on special projects he finds fitting with his lifestyle, every day is filled with creativity in one form or another.
On any given day you can find him working on his second book, playing beach volleyball or riding through hills on his Triumph Bonneville near his hometown.
